The story of Joseph and his brothers is arguably one of the most dramatic stories of the whole Bible. In Part I, we noted how the key events of Joseph’s life form something like a picture book that tells of a much bigger drama than could have been imagined at the time—the whole story of redemption—including your role in it today! You are sure to be amazed as you see how much the ancient story and its associated set of dreams foretells about our time!
As it was in Egypt, there is presently a terrible famine in the earth for a true end-time message—a clear and complete understanding of that enigmatic Apocalyptic book. Many ideas are popular regarding the themes in the Revelation, but how many carry the authority of the voice of God from heaven? And how many can be recognized as false when you look deeper at the details?
In these dark days, when the truth of God is targeted and silenced by the world, there is a message that shines like the stars. The antitypical Joseph (that is, Jesus) sent His servants to prepare “wagons” loaded with a selection of the spiritual fruit of the land He rules, to gather His brethren and bring them up to the true Promised Land! Would you believe us if we said that this is the gathering that Jesus prophesied about?
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Matthew 24:31)
Could this be taking place right now—even as you read these words? Israel was also shocked—to the point of fainting—when he heard that his long-lost son was not only alive but was inviting him to take refuge from the famine and to dwell with himself! Don’t let the shock hold you back!
We will explore this amazing revelation of God for our last days as given through the important dreams of Joseph’s life. First, though, it will be helpful to understand what God explained about the characteristic pattern in which He orders the delivery of His prophetic messages.
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: (Isaiah 46:9-10)
Regarding the plan of salvation, from the beginning (before the foundations of the earth were laid), God settled the plan for the end of sin, and He has carefully arranged His revelations so that ancient stories like that of Joseph shed light on that which comes late in history. In addition to coupled thoughts, there is reflective symmetry in God’s word.
In Joseph’s story from ancient times, he sent to bring Israel and his family from the famished Promised Land to the land of Egypt, where there was plenty of food. Doesn’t that sound just a bit backward, though!? The great deliverance that God wrought through Joseph brought them away from the “land flowing with milk and honey”, to Egypt, a symbol for enslavement to sin! What are we to draw from this?
It is simply that this story is a reflection in literal terms of spiritual things not yet done! Today, a place of refuge, like Joseph’s loaded wagons, has been prepared to gather the elect before they are caught up in the air to meet Jesus.
The earthly Promised Land was a reflection of the heavenly, and the sojourn in literal Egypt reflects our time of bondage on the earth. It forms a symmetrical mountain-like structure, where the most important point is said at the “summit”. You will soon understand how Egypt—both a symbol of protection, and a symbol for sin—is the theme of this story. It is about the two classes at the judgment—the redeemed and the lost; those who die in the famine and those who leave sin behind.
This symmetric relationship isn’t limited to this picture alone, however! We will see how all the dreams connected with Joseph also follow this same pattern! And that is an important clue regarding the revelation of God that He is giving through them. Recall the list of the dreams:
In Part I, we saw how the first dream with the eleven sheaves bowing down to Joseph’s sheaf was fulfilled as Joseph’s eleven brethren all came to him in Egypt seeking grain. According to the formalities of the time, they bowed in respect before the ruler, who was their brother Joseph. That aspect of paying respect is repeated in the second dream; it is the similar thought that couples the two dreams together, but there is another characteristic that relates the first dream to a different one in the list—you know which one!
The first is connected with the last. Pharaoh’s second dream also features wheat.[1] It was this dream that was fulfilled in the seven years of plenty and the seven years of famine that came from the stalk of time as Joseph had interpreted it. These two dreams—Joseph’s and Pharaoh’s dreams featuring wheat, were both fulfilled during the same time period. Pharaoh’s pointed to the broad time frame, while Joseph’s pointed to a specific event within that time frame.
Perhaps you are asking at this point what relevance ancient dreams of the food supply and showing respect have to do with us today? Aren’t these just children’s stories of God’s power and foreknowledge? If this reflects your thoughts, then you would benefit from a fresh revelation of God’s glory! Keep reading, and you will see that in these stories, often belittlingly relegated to the children, some of the deepest mysteries of God are hidden!
We already saw in Part I a clear example of the tendency to overlook important details when we recognized how Jacob understood Joseph’s second dream to point to an event much later—after the resurrection when Rachel would live again, yet today we generally assume that it refers to the same event as the first! How many children’s story books make note of that? None. Joseph’s second dream is indeed similar, but after nearly four millennia, it has still not been fulfilled![2]
That long delay in fulfillment is further supported by the fact that the symbols in the dream are celestial objects that endure for very long periods of time, in contrast to the dream with the sheaves of wheat that in a year’s time disintegrate and disappear.
Considering the relationship of the first to the last as we saw, do we see something similar in Pharaoh’s dreams? Joseph himself said they were one, and indeed, they are coupled by a certain oneness, but that does not mean they are identical twins! Why would God use different symbols if He didn’t intend them to refer to different aspects of a related idea? The seven cows of his first dream came up from a river, while the seven heads of wheat branched off a single stalk in his second dream. A river—especially one the size of the Nile of Egypt—endures for thousands of years, while a stalk of wheat endures but a season! Again, we see that the symbols are contrasted according to their longevity.
Could it be that Pharaoh’s dreams were not identical twins, but siblings from the same “gene pool”, yet each having its own character? Joseph’s valid interpretation for his time does not mean it was the only thing God wanted to convey with those dreams! Remember the wise words of Solomon:
I have seen the God-given task with which the sons of men are to be occupied. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. (Ecclesiastes 3:10-11 NKJV)
Thus, what we find is that there are two kinds of relationships among the dreams. There is the reflection between Joseph’s dreams and Pharaoh’s dreams (called chiasmus) and then there is the parallelism between each pair of dreams. These are two forms of poetic expression that are common in the Bible and Hebrew literature[3] and God often uses them in prophetically significant circumstances in the lives of His people. The history of God’s people is His book of poetry, engraved by faith in Time!
Following this pattern, the center of reflection in the list of dreams is in the pair from the prison. This is the “summit” where the most important information in the chiasm is found, so in these dreams, we should find the clue that tells us something about how long the delay in fulfillment really is in the other two pairs, and what that has to do with you.
In the prison, it was the butler who was first to relate his dream, and his dream consisted of very Christ-centered symbols as they came to be, once Jesus associated Himself with them! Joseph’s interpretation of the dream was accurate, but God has more for us to learn from the dream! Joseph recognized in the vine, a living depiction of time. The branches were small segments of that time and bore their sweet fruit in an accelerated scene. The juice, representing the blood of Jesus, was pressed into a cup and given to Pharaoh, the king. Likewise, we are fruit-bearing branches in Christ, and it is His blood that is commended to the Father that the sinner might be counted worthy in His eyes. Thus, the chief butler represents the redeemed under the blood of Jesus.
The baker, waiting to see whether the interpretation was pleasing, followed with his dream, hoping for a similar interpretation. Even here we can see a hint that he represents a different class of people—those who apparently want to know the truth, but only if it is favorable for themselves. The true follower of Jesus, who is connected with Him as a branch is connected to the vine, desires the truth regardless of how they personally appear in its light! If the truth reveals their wretchedness or error, then with conviction they accept it because they see that it is true. Cherishing the light, they follow repentance to bring their errant ways into subjection to Christ.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. (John 3:19-21)
But repentance is not appealing to those with the baker’s mindset, and they would rather turn from the light of truth than hear the voice of the Holy Spirit, who convicts us of sin.[4]
When the chief baker saw that he had interpreted favorably, he said to Joseph, “I also saw in my dream, and behold, there were three baskets of white bread on my head; (Genesis 40:16 NASB)
The baker was more concerned about whether there would be reproach to himself than he was about the fact that the bread that he made for Pharaoh was being eaten by the birds! His mindset reflects that of many today. “No one is perfect; we’re all sinners.” For such, sin is no big deal. When they sin, the thought is, “Oh, well. There’s grace for me!” The baker had no thought of anyone else—no thought of the king for whom he had baked his bread—and these likewise have no thought of the Father, who had to sacrifice His only begotten Son to a horrible death, because He was burdened with our sin. How dare we take sin so lightly! While claiming perfect faith in Christ, those who fill themselves with the empty calories of the “Once Saved Always Saved” white gospel bread, deny His power to accomplish His stated purpose, and contradict the very definition of “salvation”:
She will give birth to a son and you will name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:21)
When confronted with Jesus’ own words: “Go and sin no more”, they say that it is not possible to keep from sinning, instead of simply believing in the power of God’s word. One’s faith is like the life in a tree that bears the fruit of good works—works of Christ wrought in us by that living faith. They lack the fear of the Lord, who hates sin and whose wrath burns hot against those who will not separate from it. They deny Jesus the great joy in presenting themselves to His Father blameless.
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling [into sin], and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. (Jude 1:24-25)
Pharaoh, being the king of Egypt, represents God the Father, and the butler and the baker were his servants—both representing those who claim to work for the cause of God. In these servants are represented two classes of Christians: those whose works are done by faith in the blood of Jesus, and those whose works are leavened with sin, not believing in Jesus’ power to keep them from it. Pharaoh received the cup from the butler’s hand, and Jesus will lift up those who through repentance have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb from this dark “prison” called earth, to His glorious palace to serve Him forever.
But those belonging to that class who prepare a gospel-bread that may be pleasant to the taste, but is light, void of nutrition, and unhealthy for those who eat it, will find that their “gospel” only feeds the birds. God will receive neither the baker nor his gospel-bread, nor the birds who partake of it. The king of the dead will watch over their decomposing remains[5] during the millennium until Jesus raises them in the second resurrection, when the two classes receive their eternal reward.[6]
In the broadest sense, the dreams thus represent the two classes of humanity: the saved and the lost. And it points to a particular time: “Pharaoh’s birthday”.
And it came to pass the third day, which was Pharaoh’s birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and of the chief baker among his servants. (Genesis 40:20)
Both the butler and the baker were “lifted up” out of prison. This points to that great judgment at the end of the seventh millennium after the sheep are raised in the first resurrection and the goats in the second, Both classes from all humanity who have ever lived will then have been “lifted up” and presented before the Father to receive their reward. This is the climactic point at the center of the chiasmus of the whole sequence of dreams. It is Pharaoh’s judgment.
While the focal point is the thousand-year judgment, the previous six thousand years are also represented in these dreams. Three days were in the butler’s dream and three days in the baker’s dream, so between the two dreams, there were six days.
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (2 Peter 3:7-8)
Thus, the whole time provided for man to choose between the blood of Christ or a false gospel is represented. This is the time during which the evidence is brought forward for whose ways are best—Christ’s narrow way of self-sacrificial obedience through faith out of love, or Satan’s broad way of ease and self-centric lawlessness that puts one’s own desires, including their own personal salvation, above all else.
What is the result of following each course? This can only be answered through experience with time—those six thousand years. Will Satan’s plans for universal domination without regard for God’s law win out in the end, or will the true power of Jesus’ self-sacrificial love overcome the world? This is the big picture that is highlighted by these dreams.
There is something that Jesus has been looking for, and until recent years, He has not found it in His collective body. We will see how not just the dreams, but the story itself reveals what that missing thing is that He has been looking for (since apostolic days!) and without which, He cannot reveal Himself!
The chiasmus in the dream series points, on a broad scale, to the climactic seventh millennium when God’s people finally completely reflect His own character as a body and begin to reign with Christ. But more narrowly, it points to the end of that millennium when the great and final judgment takes place.
Now you may be wondering what the great judgment has to do with Pharaoh’s birthday, especially considering that God, whom Pharaoh represents in this story, had no birth nor beginning! Even so, Jesus, who said, “I and My Father are One” did have a birthday. But this doesn’t refer to Jesus’ birthday, since then it would not be symbolic, but it refers to His baptism day! Jesus was baptized, not for Himself, of course, but for all who would receive a new birth in Him! For those who are not familiar with the Mystery of the Holy City, we explain there, how the date of Jesus’ baptism is determined and how it is also at the tip of a similar chiastic arrangement!
Furthermore, in the last article of The Mystery Finished series, we show supporting evidence that indicates that the great judgment to which these dreams relate, begins on the very anniversary of Jesus’ baptism! All things fit together perfectly in God’s book of Time!
The time frame to which these stories relate—essentially all human history, plus a millennium in the future—and the close relationship that it bears to our present time, indicate that this is a very important theme for God—and for us! He is drawing our attention to that missing ingredient that will open the way for Him to reveal Himself to us.
But Jesus said unto them, … can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? (Mark 10:38)
Now that we see that the large-scale focal point of the whole dream series is about the millennial judgment, from finding the missing character trait at its beginning, to the great, final judgment time at the end, we are ready to look at the delayed fulfillment of the second (and later the penultimate) dream in the series. Could it be that this dream also points to the same judgment time? If Jacob’s interpretation is correct, it would be at the grand coronation event when Jacob and Rachel would together bow with his sons to Jesus, the newly crowned King of the Universe!
That is the last event before sin and sinners are finally eradicated and the question about God’s justice is forever settled in all minds. At that most glorious event of Jesus’ coronation, everyone—both the righteous and the wicked—will see the pure truth for themselves and acknowledge the perfect righteousness and justice of our Lord and King; the wicked will recognize His merciful attempts to rescue them, which they rejected in their pride.
I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed. In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory. (Isaiah 45:23-25)
We should ask ourselves, however, whether this climactic event can really be when Joseph’s second dream is fulfilled. At that time, it is not just Jacob and Rachel who with their children, will bow to Jesus, but even the wicked. Why does the dream highlight just a small selection? Why does it use the symbolism of the sun, moon, and the stars?
Furthermore, the timing is not quite right. The first and last dreams in the sequence point to Joseph’s day, while the climax of the prisoners’ dreams points to after the millennium. That would suggest that the intervening dreams (Joseph’s second and Pharaoh’s first) must point to a time in between and not again to the end! And given that they must also be associated with the overall theme of judgment as we see, we can imagine that they might point to the current days when God’s judgments are in the land. God surely has a lesson for us today in this! He is revealing it now for a reason!
Again, the prisoners’ dreams give us a clue that supports this notion. We saw how they divide history into six thousand years and the seventh millennium. Could it be that the two dreams in question relate to the transition between the sixth and seventh millennium? That would be where we are in history now, making it especially relevant to us today!
In Joseph’s second dream, the obeisance of the heavenly bodies suggests that we should look for a heavenly event—and not just any event, but one similar to the coronation we just considered, because the heavenly host give their homage to the King, represented by Joseph in his dream. What event could it be that bears such a similarity? Is there a different coronation of Jesus that comes before the millennium of judgment? Of course!
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. (Revelation 11:15-18)
A great heavenly event is described here. Jesus begins to reign over the kingdoms of the earth, and He is worshiped in heaven! Furthermore, it is directly connected with His wrath, the judgment of the dead, and giving reward to the righteous and the wicked! All of these things perfectly match the overall theme that we have seen in the chiasm of these six dreams!
Now there is just one question—when exactly does that happen? Is there something specific we should look for that would tell us? Since 2017, we have recognized how at the time of the trumpets, there are heavenly signs that depict the text of the Bible.[7] An important key to heavenly signs is that they must be coupled with the Bible. The heavens illustrate certain biblical events (usually apocalyptic). But of course, the precise time for those events needs to be known!
Now we see that Joseph’s dream gives us a hint regarding what kind of heavenly sign to look for, connecting it with the aforementioned coronation! It must be one where the sun, moon, and eleven stars give obeisance to Jesus! This leads us to an interesting question…
Have you ever wondered, when reading about Joseph’s dream, how the sun, moon, and stars can make obeisance—usually some form of a bow—when they are spherical objects and cannot bend down? How does a celestial object show respect?
The answer is quite logical, but we must think in heavenly terms! The sun and moon are the two great lights, and command more honor than the stars, which have little light. Brightness is a form of honor for the heavenly bodies. Thus, a show of respect for the two great lights could be to dim their brightness. Of course, the moon gets dark every month, but the sun would have to be eclipsed. Only during a solar eclipse are both the sun and the moon darkened.
Additionally, especially for stars, their position is an important factor in how they may show respect. For example, one at the “center of attention” is honored above those surrounding it. In the throne room scene of Revelation (in Chapters 4 and 5), which is depicted in Orion, the Lamb on the throne is the center of attention and the four “beasts” surround Him.[8] The wounded Lamb is depicted by the belt star Alnitak, a name meaning “The Wounded One”, which occupies the center of God’s clock and is the center of the seven stars of the constellation.[9]
In that way, the six other stars of Orion “give homage” to the star Alnitak (representing Jesus). Furthermore, Orion as a whole also represents Jesus, with the scars that He retains in His outstretched hands (upper two stars), feet (lower two stars), and side (the red Orion Nebula). It is not difficult, therefore, to see Him with His outstretched right hand, holding the scepter out to the Mazzaroth, where the wandering stars, like Esther, touch the scepter in an expression of submission to the King’s majesty[10] as they come into Orion’s hand on their circuit.
Incidentally, besides being a perfect visual match for the Biblical description, God revealed an important detail through the comparison with Orion: the new name of Jesus![11] In the starry heavens, Jesus bears the name Alnitak! It describes Him in His role as the center of Time![12] And that name is written on the foreheads of His victorious children. The whole Godhead is represented in the belt stars, with the Father in the middle, Jesus sitting at His right hand[13] (facing us), and the Holy Spirit on His left hand (our right)!
The arrangement we see in Orion is further connected with Jesus through an interesting correlation in the Bible. When Jesus began His ministry, He was early rejected by those who knew Him, and they recounted His earthly family connections:
Is not this the carpenter’s son? [Father] is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James [1], and Joses [2], and Simon [3], and Judas [4]? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things? [Although they rejected Him, they saw that He was more honorable than His rather ordinary family] (Matthew 13:55-56)
Jesus’ earthly family reflected the same pattern as in the heavens: There was Jesus Himself, His father (representing His heavenly Father), His mother (representing the Holy Spirit, who came upon her according to Gabriel’s prophecy), four brothers (representing the outer stars). His sisters are not counted, as was the custom. The counted members were seven, just as we see in the heavens!
Furthermore, Jesus’ first-century family also reflects a present-day family of faith, closely connected with Orion! At the White Cloud Farm in Paraguay, Jesus has four brothers in faith who have given Him their homage through their writings about Him in Orion. The sisters of Jesus are represented in the wives of the three married authors, making seven adults. The story that began in ancient times with the family of Jacob is now being finished with the White Cloud Farm family, and both families are represented by heavenly bodies.
As we put the pieces of the puzzle together in our effort to understand what God wants to communicate to us with these things, let us remember that the associated context of Joseph’s dream is the coronation of Jesus. We understand how the sun and moon “bow” with an eclipse, but which solar eclipse is it referring to? You will see now how the Bible reveals this! The heavenly coronation event described in the passage quoted earlier begins with a reference to the seventh trumpet:
And the seventh angel sounded; … (Revelation 11:15)
But we have to be careful to understand it correctly! Is the event description that follows this line part of the seventh trumpet sound, or does it follow the sounding of the seventh trumpet? If this were the first mention of the seventh trumpet, we might believe that what follows is what happens at the beginning of that trumpet timeframe. However, the Bible tells us what happens at its beginning in the previous chapter:
But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. (Revelation 10:7)
The Bible tells us what would happen at the beginning of the seventh trumpet: the process of finishing the mystery of God would be undertaken. It is not that the mystery would already be finished (past tense) by the time the seventh trumpet sounded, but it was something previously begun that was yet to be completed when the seventh trumpet would begin to sound.
Most do not realize how advanced the time really is! The scenes of Revelation have already almost all come to pass, but because the symbols it employs are not properly understood, they have not recognized their fulfillment. This is to be expected, however, because the only way it is possible to recognize their fulfillment is through the revelation of the time! Thus, a knowledge of God’s clock is a precursor to deciphering the fulfillments of the apocalyptic prophecies.
Having understood the revelation of God’s clock in Orion, we were able to discern the sounds of the trumpets—even as they “prepared themselves to sound”.[14] Through the course of the ten years since the Orion message was first published in German on January 21, 2010, God has taught us volumes through His clocks in Orion. We are now in the three birth pangs at the end of the seventh Orion cycle (the thunders) that ends with Jesus’ return. Meanwhile, the seventh trumpet warning has continued to sound as the mystery of God was being finished.
We wrote about this Finishing of the Mystery not long after the seventh trumpet began to sound, and later, we wrote The Mystery Finished series, explaining the great light that had been revealed in the course of that process, including the seventh Orion cycle that points to Jesus’ return!
This was the theme during the sounding time of the seventh trumpet, as represented in Revelation Chapter 10. So when the next chapter mentions that “the seventh angel sounded”, it is using the past tense, saying that the sounding of the trumpet had stopped! It is the end of the seventh trumpet that is noted there and not the beginning! Thus, the coronation of Chapter 11 fittingly takes place after the seventh trumpet period is over and the mystery is finished.
So with regard to the coronation eclipse, it must come after the seventh trumpet is finished. But how do we know when that should be? As we were writing The Mystery Finished series in October and early November of 2019, we saw that the next marker on the clock was the most likely place for the seventh trumpet to end—the throne lines beginning December 19—since the mystery had finally been understood.
Ever since the Orion trumpet cycle began with the flash of his sword in November of 2016, we recognized that God, amusingly, seemed to be making an association between the trumpets and the Trump administration, which was just transitioning into office at that time. Throughout the cycle, his bellicose announcements were most often associated with the trumpet blasts. Then, after the mystery had been finished, the news headlines became full with his probable impeachment!
Finally, the House approved the articles of impeachment—on the evening of December 18, 2019, which was precisely as the Hebrew day began that was marked on God’s clock, when we expected the seventh trumpet to officially end!
Trump is no Cyrus, as some Christians believe, but as the President of the second beast of Revelation 13, he has nevertheless served to fulfill certain prophecies![15] As Trump’s election was a sign for the beginning of the Trumpets, even before he was officially in office, so his impeachment by the house is a sign for the end of the Trumpets, even before he is officially removed from office. The time of trumpeting is over. Next comes the day of the Lord that the trumpets were warning about—and that is associated with the darkening of the sun and moon!
Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. (Isaiah 13:9-10)
Now that we have a clear endpoint for the seventh trumpet, Joseph’s dream with the sun, moon, and eleven stars giving obeisance should be fulfilled next according to the passage about the coronation.
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. (Revelation 11:15)
Was there a solar eclipse after the seventh trumpet ended on December 19, 2019, to provide the darkening of the sun and moon as a form of obeisance? There certainly was! Exactly one week later, the world was watching as eastern nations broadcast their view of the annular solar eclipse on December 26, 2019.
Of the three types of solar eclipses, an annular eclipse is the one where a “ring of fire” is clearly visible like a golden crown! The crown is also reminiscent of an accretion disk[16] encircling a black hole. This is very interesting given the significance of black holes with respect to the second coming as we described in The Sign of the Son of Man, written when the first image from a black hole’s event horizon was revealed. One particular photo of the eclipse had a blurry optical artifact that bore a striking resemblance to the image from the black hole:
But the crown appearance is not the only thing that correlates this eclipse to the coronation of Jesus after the seventh trumpet has sounded! When we consider the whole heavenly picture, we see that it forms a complete scene:
Notice what planet is close beside the eclipsed sun—it is Jupiter, the king planet that represents Jesus among the wandering stars in heavenly signs. He has the crown! At the same time, this sign is seen in the bow of Sagittarius,[17] who lost his crown, just as the coronation passage says that the kings of this world have lost their kingdoms to Jesus! Do you see how the passage is depicted in the heavens?
But if that isn’t enough confirmation that this is indeed the heavenly sign for the coronation of Jesus after the seventh trumpet, then notice where the center of attention is in this heavenly scene! All seven of the anciently known wandering stars are gathered here in one part of the sky with the “crowned” planet, Jupiter. Even the whole host of the Milky Way watches is looking up to see this special ceremony in front of the center of our galaxy! Are you looking up, too, as Jesus reminded us to do?[18]
Jesus, the King is depicted at the center of attention wearing the crown,[19] directly in the midst of the heavenly host with two planets on the left and two on the right. It is similar in some respects to Jesus’ priestly depiction in Orion,[20] which at the time of this coronation, is “quiet” on the opposite end of heaven with no visiting bodies, and even one of its own stars, Betelgeuse, has been dimming, as though showing deference to the other side where all eyes are focused.
The sun, moon, and eleven stars,[21] all give their respect to the king planet, Jupiter, in this heavenly scene that reflects both Joseph’s dream, and the true coronation of Jesus in heaven! After nearly 4000 years, that short dream, which Israel wisely kept in mind, has finally fulfilled before our eyes!
God is pointing to this very time with that dream, because it is a critical juncture in relation to the judgment: the announcement of the day of the Lord! Are you ready? Many have neglected to prepare, because they have assumed that they would be raptured before the tribulation. But what if the Rapture is not before the tribulation after all, as you have been taught? This will test the hearts of God’s children! May they be purified and refined, and shine like the stars in the end!
Michael is standing up,[22] and there will surely be devastation in the land as Jesus rules the angry nations with a rod of iron! Long has He borne with the wickedness of man, until His people have demonstrated the fullness of the stature of Christ. What that means exactly—what that sacrificial love looks like in concrete terms—is a theme for the next and last part of this series! This, too, was revealed from ancient times in this dramatic, yet heart-warming story in Genesis. You will learn things about the tribulation that you may never have considered!
Jesus is coming, and He will rapture His people in a great deliverance that is all according to His plan from the beginning. Fear not! He desires to gather His elect from the four corners of the earth to Himself, and He does that through a process of the revelation of truth. Isn’t that how He has been reaching your heart all along as He has taught His children through dreams, visions, and the study of His word, including His first book of nature?
It is by His Spirit that you have been led to read these words, and it is by His Spirit that the Refuge has been prepared in the present time of famine. This is the theme of the next and last part of this series! You will understand how God has prepared for this time of judgment, so that His people may be gathered together where there is food enough. While Jesus rules the nations with severity since they have not repented, though He sent His prophets and messengers to turn their hearts, He looks with tender pity on His chosen. Take courage; there shall be no more delay!
…We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. (Revelation 11:17)
